Easy ways to go to sleep at night

Does it happen with you that your just laying on the bed and are wishing soo terribly for sleep to come but it just doesn't come. Your just soo bored its really late at night and you have to get up in some hours and just desperately need sleep but all you do is keep staring at the celling of your room.Here I am to help you out :)


  • Try Blinking your eyes for some time till they are tiered and cannot be open for long any more.(I got this one from a lifehack and it really works)

  • Try listening to some good slow, boring song to get you all sleepy

  • Read a book!

  • Think about the good things of the day (It even makes you feel positive towards the next day)

  • Do the classic - Count the sheeps

  • Or just count numbers really slowly in your head

  • Get up Jump a little and do some stretches 

  • Light some scented candles (That dreamy scent will make you sleepy)

  • If this is the case everyday then just cut off some sleeping time of the day - Get up early

  • Drink some warm water

  • Try reading that days newspaper!

  • Get up from your bed go for a short walk.

  • If nothing works just get up and do something you like.  

         These work for me I hope they work for you too. Try having lighter meals at night and reducing the intake of caffeine. Drink some more water during the day and Make yourself useful!
