5 Ways to Boost your Confidence

Have you ever felt like your not just good enough? Like you just can't go on the stage and speak you heart out? Like you are not even sure about yourself. I did too but I have realised its useless feeling pity for yourself or just blame your destiny for stuff. cause everyone's destiny is great! We just need courage and faith that no matter what we do everything will be okay and even if it's not okay You will still be happy to have lived that moment.

First Like I said STOP PITYING YOURSELF!

 Look at your plus points. Make a list Like 


  • My hair is really pretty 
  • People complement on the way I dress
  • I am really good with essays
  • I love reading books 
  • I think about things others don't
  • I have my flaws but i have people who accept the flaws I have and still be with me.
  • I have helped people more than once
  • I have every reason to be proud of my self
Its kinda okay to be a little complementing to yourself I think you got the point by now soo Yeah list out those weird - awesome qualities you have. If you feel like your stuck leave it there and move on. Add on to that list when ever you want. Read that list when you feel down or like you need a boost of confidence. Remember being different or weird or crazy is not  wrong. 

Second Look at Yourself in the Mirror

Look at how pretty you really are.I am not talking about the outside beauty but the one inside. Think of how many people love you. How many people's life have been affected in a good way by your presence. Think about how many people you have helped through out your journey. Think about your good points. Now that you are looking at yourself just look yourself in your own eyes and say 
  • I am beautiful from within
  • I am proud of myself 
  • I am strong
  • I will fight No matter what!
Believe in your self. Trust yourself. Never let anyone put you down! Never say anything bad about your own self! Read some really inspiring books. Most importantly be YOURSELF! nothing is more important than that. If you don't like something Leave right then! You disagree with something? Debate! Never let yourself down.

Third Push yourself ahead

Yes! Don't look back anymore. What Happened , happened but now this moment your wasting it! Don't! Afraid of the stage? Go and join a public speaking course. Afraid of water? Start learning to swim! I know this sounds dumb but when you build in the courage in yourself and defeat your biggest fears that's when you fall in love with yourself. That's when you know that no one can put you down!

Fourth Action Towards others

Yes others! Once you have started complementing yourself, you can now complement others. This not only boosts your confidence but also makes you the stronger one (the one who complements) Just don't over-do-it cause that will make you look weird Complement only when you feel like they are worthy of your complement. Even show Gratitude towards others. Thank people for their help and support in your life. Why just people? Thank the creator of this earth for the beauty of this planet. Thank him for your life. Thank him that your Internet working to read my article ;P Just Thank him for what you feel like. Its a free world!

Quotes are just so powerful.I have this whole place in my room where i have written down quotes that I love and I read them when I feel down.You can search for quotes anywhere. Just make sure they are good enough to inspire you.
